This is a second version of my peeled orange and butterfly painting. I painted the first one years ago and I always feel like I want to do another one. I just love the way the rind is peeled swirling down the wood block. The butterfly adds a dreamy feel to the picture. Mandarin orange symbolises good fortune, happiness and prosperity.
