Shipping/Delivery details

For original painting, I normally ship the painting within 1 - 3 business day after the order is processed and receipt a clear payment. Please make sure your address is correct and current. All paintings will be carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. I use Australia Post for small paintings and Courier companies for large paintings. All painting orders will be insured and shipped with tracking number.

For limited and open edition print, please allow 5 - 7 business days processing time for shipping as they are made to order.

I offer FREE SHIPPING for orders within Australia. For international order please choose an appropriate shipping option at check out or contact me at natasha.nj@live.com.au for shipping quotation.

Estimate delivery time;

  • Australia: 3-10 business days

  • International: 10-30 business days

*Delivery times may be longer during Christmas, New Year, and other festive seasons. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

Returns and refunds/exchanges

If in any case that you are not satisfied with the painting. Please contact me as soon as possible. I accept return within 7 days after receiving the items. Please pack the painting back into the original packaging and post it back to me. The refund or exchange will be issued once I have received the painting back in its original condition.  Shipping fee is responsible by the buyer.

Damaged on delivery

Please contact me as soon as possible if you receive a damaged painting with some photos of the package and the painting showing the damages. These photos will be used for the insurance claim. Then you can decide whether to keep the painting and receive a discount (If the condition of the painting is acceptable) or ship the painting back for a full refund or exchange to other paintings.
