Shipping/Delivery details

I normally ship the product within 1 - 3 business day after the order is processed and receipt a clear payment. Please make sure your address is correct and current. All paintings will be carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. I use Australia Post for small paintings and Courier companies for large paintings. All painting will be insured and shipped with tracking number.

I offer FREE SHIPPING for orders within Australia. For international order please contact me at natasha.nj@live.com.au for shipping quotation.

Estimate delivery time

  • Australia: 3-10 business days

  • International: 10-30 business days

Returns and refunds/exchanges

If in any case that you are not satisfied with the painting. Please contact me as soon as possible. I accept return within 7 days after receiving the items. Please pack the painting back into the original packaging and post it back to me. The refund or exchange will be issued once I have received the painting back in its original condition.  Shipping fee is responsible by the buyer.

Damaged on delivery

Please contact me as soon as possible if you receive a damaged painting with some photos of the package and the painting showing the damages. These photos will be used for the insurance claim. Then you can decide whether to keep the painting and receive a discount (If the condition of the painting is acceptable) or ship the painting back for a full refund or exchange to other paintings.

Loss and stolen in transit

Please contact me if you don’t receive the painting within the timeframe above. I will do my best to sort the situation out.
